2.0 Introduction to Personal Development
In this portion of your practicum, we are building a daily practice of journaling (reflection), adhering to a yogic diet, pranayama, meditation. You have an option to do it all together and complete in 30 days or break the tasks up (i.e pranayama this month and the rest another month). You will be provided a checklist to print off if you need to track your progress, this will act as a contract to keep yourself accountable. I encourage you to connect with peers, instructors and classmates during this process for support.
